Waitkoff's Word August 28th-September 1st

Our class is working hard to complete random acts of kindness each day. We are sharing their stories/ideas in hopes that we can make another person's day brighter. Please encourage your child to use good manners at home so that it can be reflected at school as well. We are working on our Unit 3 spelling words this week. Your child should be studying these words each night and preparing for their test on Friday. All spelling lists can be found on their spelling city app or from their worksheet provided at the beginning of the week. The directions on how to maneuver spelling city are in the binder behind their spelling tab. Also, we will be learning about where we are located in this world in Social Studies. Many students do not know their phone numbers or addresses. Review these with your child and complete them on their worksheet. There was a study guide given in class for your child to study. Grading will be based on spelling and correct responses. As always, the daily homework is on the keynote app on their IPAD. Have a great holiday weekend.
