About Me

Welcome to 4th grade! My name is Alicia Waitkoff and I have been married for 12 years. My husband, Greg, and I met at Purdue during our undergrad and have been together ever since. We have two daughters, Alex and Abby. Alex is 10 years old and loves singing, softball, and art. Abby is 8 years old and enjoys going on bike rides, swinging, and joking around. We also have one cat who is a big part of our family.

I grew up in the small town of Mulberry, IN. I have three brothers and two sisters with a large extended family. I went to Clinton Prairie from Kindergarten through 8th grade. Later, I attended Lafayette Jefferson High School from 9th-12th grade. Go Bronchos!

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Purdue University. Afterwards, I moved to Chicago, IL to teach and be with my husband as he continued to pursue his doctoral degree. During that time, I went to National Louis University to complete a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
